InnovaCare Health: Making Healthcare Management Better for All

As society focuses more on health, everyone’s beginning to notice how complicated the modern healthcare environment is. Millions of people rely on managed care, but few can to get the quality medical care they deserve. That’s where InnovaCare Health begins. It’s their sole mission to redefine healthcare management. InnovaCare physicians always put patient priorities above all else. The best way to ensure healthier outcomes is by forming strong patient-provider relationships. InnovaCare uses these relationships to enhance the quality of life for all of their patients. When patients trust their health care providers, it’s easier for physicians to treat them.

One of the most qualified physicians in the industry, and certainly the most qualified physician at InnovaCare, is Dr. Richard Shinto. Dr. Shinto currently serves as InnovaCare’s President and CEO. Shortly after joining InnovaCare, Dr. Shinto played a huge role in the company’s achievement in Puerto Rico. While working with InnovaCare, he also worked at Aveta Inc. until its sale in 2012. Before joining Aveta, he worked NAMM California. For many of his roles at other companies, he served as Chief Medical Officer. It wasn’t until Aveta and InnovaCare that he rose the positions of President and CEO.Dr. Shinto accomplished more than most. He’s spent over 20 years in clinical and operational healthcare, so his experience is invaluable to InnovaCare’s mission. Like many other respected physicians, Dr. Shinto maintains medical tenure. In Southern California, he is a practicing internist and pulmonologist.

Penelope Kokkinides is another qualified professional leading InnovaCare into the future. Unlike Dr. Shinto, who focuses on the medical aspects of the company; Kokkinides focuses more toward the business aspects. She’s one of the best at developing new processes and operations. To date, Penelope Kokkinides has worked at InnovaCare twice. The first time, she served as the company’s COO. Upon her return in 2015, she was made Chief Administrative Officer. At that point in her life, she’d become focused on doing a good job and not her position in the company. Before rejoining InnovaCare, she served in higher-ranking positions at other companies.Like Dr. Shinto, she too worked at Aveta Inc. and has over 20 years experience in the managed care industry. Her extensive knowledge and expertise in improving efficiencies and organizational infrastructure proved themselves invaluable over the years.
